Homeside Properties Announces CAI Designation and New Client Addition

Roswell, GA November 11, 2010 - Homeside Properties, an Associa company, recently expanded its already diverse company profile by adding the Belmont Trace HOA to its client portfolio. With this addition, Homeside Properties also announces that President and CEO Kelley Brewster has been voted to serve as the Secretary for the Community Associations Institute (CAI) Georgia Legislative Action Committee.
Homeside Properties is excited to announce its recent partnership with the following new association:
Belmont Trace – 133 singles family homes on well manicured grounds with a community pool. The community is conveniently located to two premier golf courses, a shopping center and movie theater.

Additionally, Homeside Properties is proud to announce Brewster’s appointment as Secretary for the CAI Georgia Legislative Action Committee. Brewester’s nomination was presented to the CAI National Board who then chose the board members for the local chapter. The Legislative Action Committee is responsible for advocating CAI Georgia’s “voice” in both Georgia and National legislation.
“Serving as a committee member on the Legislative Action Committee is something I feel is important so we can be advocates for our communities,” noted Brewster. “I am honored to be named Secretary and will seek to keep our communities best interests at heart.”
