Today Management Merges with Homeside Properties
|
Alpharetta, GA June 20, 2011 - Associa companies Homeside Properties, Inc., and Today Management Inc., are pleased to announce they are merging their operations into one. The combination unifies two long-standing market leaders in association, construction and maintenance management with a combined 45 years of experience.
The combined company will operate under the name Homeside Properties, Inc. and will be headquartered at 2555 Westside Parkway, Suite 600 in Alpharetta, Ga., beginning June 27th.
Together the company is privileged to serve more than 32,000 homeowners in the greater Atlanta area. The integration also uniquely positions the company to provide its associations with the most comprehensive and innovative set of community management solutions and services available in the industry.
“The depth of resources and breadth of services now available to the Metro Atlanta area by Homeside is now stronger than ever,” said Associa Regional Vice President Christine Evans. “Although these companies have separate histories, they have always shared a common objective: to ensure absolute client satisfaction. That goal will remain unchanged.”
Homeside Properties’ Ken Koushel and James Hawthorne will remain as the executives in the new merger. Kelly Brewster, Today Management’s CEO, will serve on the leadership team as Senior Vice President. No changes are planned for staffing of associations.
Homeside’s services include various levels of HOA and condominium community management, association financial management maintenance and construction management. Additional service improvements expected with this merger will include a common area work order department, an assessment collection department, a 24/7 emergency maintenance staff and homeowners “handyman” services. These services are designed to have a staff of employees focused on specific each area of the community’s business rather than individual managers handing every facet.
